About the Author

Graham Majin was a broadcast journalist for 20 years, 14 of them at BBC News. His inside knowledge gives him a unique insight into how journalists think and how news is produced. He also shot and directed documentary films for the BBC.

As a media entrepreneur he ran his own video production company creating everything from animations to TV drama. He now teaches journalism and media at university. He is the author of magazine articles, academic papers and book chapters which explore how the concept of Journalistic Truth is understood differently by audiences, journalists and academics, and how it evolves over time. Truthophobia is his first, full-length book on journalism.
